AMR data from the Africa region collected in 2002/2017 by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine GBR.

This is a dataset contributed by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine GBR to IDDO’s AMR research platform in 2025. It has been curated to the CDISC SDTM data standard at the individual participant-level for 2799 participants.
