we examined AMF communities from 23 herbs in Tibetan alpine meadow using Illumina-MiSeq sequencing of 18S rRNA gene to describe the relationship between plant phylogeny and AMF and the plant-AMF network characteristics.本研究针对青藏高原高寒草甸中的23种草本植物的丛枝菌根真菌（Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi, AMF）群落展开调查，通过对18S核糖体RNA（18S rRNA）基因开展Illumina-MiSeq测序，以阐明植物系统发育与丛枝菌根真菌之间的关联，以及植物-丛枝菌根真菌网络的特征。
