Anaerobic germination tolerance in rice derived from Ma-Zhan Red

This study aims to dissect the genetic basis of anaerobic germination conferred by indica rice Ma-Zhan Red using 3,000 rice genomes along with new WGS and transcriptomic data for four tolerant donors and two checks.

本研究旨在剖析籼稻（indica rice）马占红（Ma-Zhan Red）所赋予的厌氧发芽性状的遗传基础，采用3000份水稻基因组数据，以及4份耐厌氧发芽供体材料与2份对照材料的全新全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing，WGS）与转录组数据。
