ID list of orthologues of the six AMP genes

ID list of orthologs of the six antimicrobial peptide (AMP) genes. Orthologs of the six AMP genes (defensin, cecropin, attacin, gloverin, moricin, and lebocin<em>)</em> in <em>M. separata </em>were searched using the annotation results (DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.21257625). The <em>M. separata</em> gene set IDs of the AMP orthologs are listed.

本数据集为六种抗菌肽（antimicrobial peptide）基因的直系同源基因ID列表。本研究依托DOI编号为10.6084/m9.figshare.21257625的注释结果，检索得到粘虫（M. separata）体内防御素（defensin）、天蚕素（cecropin）、攻击素（attacin）、格洛弗素（gloverin）、摩里菌素（moricin）及勒博菌素（lebocin）这六种抗菌肽基因的直系同源基因，并最终列出了上述直系同源基因对应的粘虫基因集ID。
