Mutational analysis of gamma-irradiated Arabidopsis seedlings. Arabidopsis thaliana

In order to examine the characteristics of radiation-induced mutation, whole genome sequencing was performed in randomly chosen Arabidopsis M2 plants derived from 7-day-old seedlings irradiated with gamma rays.
