We have identified LAMB3 as an oncogene to promote proliferation and metastasis in colorectal cancer. To elucidate the potential mechanism of LAMB3 in colorectal cancer, RNA-seq analysis was performed in LoVo cells to analyze differential expressed genes after LAMB3 knockdown.
