Human fecal culture with 2% spice (cumin, coriander and Sichuan pepper) Genome sequencing

Human stool samples collected from five healthy volunteers were incubated without (control) or with 2% (w/v) spice (cumin, coriander and Sichuan pepper) at 37 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, and human faecal cultures were analysed by 16S rRNA (V4) amplicon sequencing.

本研究从5名健康志愿者处采集人类粪便样本，将其分别置于不含香辛料（对照组）及添加2%（质量体积比，w/v）香辛料（包含孜然、芫荽与花椒）的培养体系中，于37摄氏度下培养24小时；随后通过16S rRNA（V4区）扩增子测序技术对人类粪便培养物进行分析。
