Human stool samples collected from five healthy volunteers were incubated without (control) or with 2% (w/v) spice (cumin, coriander and Sichuan pepper) at 37 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, and human faecal cultures were analysed by 16S rRNA (V4) amplicon sequencing.
本研究从5名健康志愿者处采集人类粪便样本,将其分别置于不含香辛料(对照组)及添加2%(质量体积比,w/v)香辛料(包含孜然、芫荽与花椒)的培养体系中,于37摄氏度下培养24小时;随后通过16S rRNA(V4区)扩增子测序技术对人类粪便培养物进行分析。
