Sequence read accession (SRA) numbers for bacterial and archaeal 16S rRNA gene amplicons from the DeepCCZ and Abyssline programs

<p>This sample set includes 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences from both samples newly collected on the DeepCCZ cruise in the western Clarion-Clipperton Zone and re-sequenced, archival samples from the Abyssline01 and Abyssline02 cruises in the northeastern Clarion-Clipperton Zone.</p>

本样本集包含16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因扩增子测序序列，涵盖两类样本：一是在克拉里昂-克利珀顿区（Clarion-Clipperton Zone）西部的DeepCCZ航次中新采集并完成重新测序的样本；二是采自克拉里昂-克利珀顿区东北部Abyssline01与Abyssline02航次的存档测序样本。
