For the latter, even at Medium settings, generated a Dense cloud of 150M points (down to 85M after confidence filtering of 2+), then a Mesh of 16M faces, duplicated+decimated down to the size shown here. With Normal and Occlusion baked in to this model from the higher quality mesh.
