The data set shows the material and energy flows of Switzerland from the Match Synthesis Report of the Federal Institute for Materials Testing and Research (EMPA), which calculates, among other things, the environmental impact (tons & CO2) of the economic sectors. The dataset was prepared from the synthesis report 2018 and prepared for Energy Hackdays 2021. This resulted in an application on the topic of “climate neutral cities”.
