AMYPAD PNHS - MRI Dataset
收藏资源简介:
The Amyloid Imaging to Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease (AMYPAD) Prognostic and Natural History Study (PNHS) is an open-label, prospective, multicentre, cohort study linked to a variety of European Parent Cohorts. AMYPAD-PNHS aims to improve disease modelling efforts and individualized risk stratification within the context of Alzheimer's disease, by the additional collection of amyloid burden, measured by positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. This dataset record contains image derived phenotypes (IDPs) and exemplary imaging data from multimodal MRI. Note: This dataset is available under a controlled access scheme following user registration at the AD Workbench, and upon request and agreement of a Data Usage Agreement. Data access requests require a short project description and are manually reviewed regularly and are principally always approved given that legitimate data usage intent is made apparent. The AMYPAD-PNHS publication policy should be followed when presenting or publishing scientific work that utilized this dataset. Further details can be found in the AMYPAD-PNHS Data Access Request documentation.
