This study aimed to understand the characteristics of synovium-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Treg) during arthritis. Treg cells were collected from the synovium and draining lymph nodes of arthritic mice. Treg cells of control draining lymph nodes were also subjected to the study. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 1) synovial Tregs of arthritic mice (N = 3), 2) draining lymph node Tregs of arthritic mice (N = 3), 3) draining lymph node Tregs of control mice (N = 3).
本研究旨在阐明关节炎进程中浸润滑膜的调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells, Treg)的特征。研究人员从关节炎小鼠的滑膜及引流淋巴结中收集调节性T细胞,同时亦纳入对照组小鼠的引流淋巴结调节性T细胞参与本研究。实验整体设计:对三类样本的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析,具体涵盖1)关节炎小鼠滑膜调节性T细胞(N=3)、2)关节炎小鼠引流淋巴结调节性T细胞(N=3)、3)对照组小鼠引流淋巴结调节性T细胞(N=3)。
