Bioactive ingredients from Cleome gynandra and their encapsulation in beta-cyclodextrin

These datasets were used for my PhD Thesis titled 'Identification of bioactive ingredients from Cleome gynandra and the physicochemical study of their microencapsulation in beta-cyclodextrin'.The same datasets also form part of a journal contribution titled 'Dammarane-type triterpenoids with anti-cancer activity from the leaves of Cleome gynandra' published in Phytochemistry Letters vol.43, 2021, pp.16-22. 

The dataset includes information on novel compound structure elucidation datasets (1D and 2D NMR, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR and elemental composition), alpha glucosidase inhibition assays (extracts and semi-pure fractions), cancer cytotoxicity (lung-, breast- and colorectal cancer).

本数据集用于本人题为《白花菜（Cleome gynandra）中生物活性成分的鉴定及其β-环糊精（beta-cyclodextrin）微包埋理化研究》的博士学位论文。该数据集同时作为发表于2021年《植物化学快报》（Phytochemistry Letters）第43卷第16至22页的期刊论文《白花菜叶中具有抗癌活性的达玛烷型三萜类化合物》的组成部分。
本数据集涵盖新型化合物结构解析相关数据（包括一维核磁共振谱（1D NMR）、二维核磁共振谱（2D NMR）、单晶X射线衍射（single-crystal X-ray diffraction）、傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）以及元素组成数据）、α-葡萄糖苷酶（alpha glucosidase）抑制活性实验数据（涉及提取物及半纯组分）以及癌症细胞毒性实验数据（涵盖肺癌、乳腺癌与结直肠癌细胞系）。
