This dataset comprises limnological data from 5 depths under the ice of boreal lake Simoncouche during winter 2020-2021, as well as the respective overturns where sampling was conducted on integrated water column. Included information covers physico-chemical variables, nutrient concentrations, dissolved carbon quantity (DOC, DIC) and quality (spectral indices, PARAFAC), bacterial production, bacterial respiration and primary production. In addition to in situ measurements, maximum primary production and light-response curves were defined with incubations along a light gradient, this data is provided in a separate file. 本数据集涵盖2020-2021年冬季北方湖泊西蒙库什湖(Simoncouche Lake)冰下5个深度的湖沼学数据,以及开展整层水柱采样对应的各次水体翻转事件数据。所收录的信息包括理化变量、营养盐浓度、溶解碳含量(DOC,溶解有机碳;DIC,溶解无机碳)及其质量参数(光谱指数、平行因子分析(PARAFAC))、细菌生产力、细菌呼吸作用与初级生产力。除原位实测数据外,通过沿光梯度开展的培养实验得到了最大初级生产力与光响应曲线,该部分数据已单独归档。本数据集相关内容已发表于论文《湖冰下细菌生长与初级生产力的变化:从初冬到春季融冰的证据》(http://doi.org/10.1002/lno.12447)。
