Reference part (Artefact) for Fused Deposition Modelling

A reference part (artefact) represents any ideal part printed in the additive manufacturing machine under consideration. It is used to check the print quality of the part produced by Fused Deposition Modelling. The reference part is printed using the additive manufacturing machine whose quality has to be ascertained. The part is then measured with suitable instruments to determine its quality (Examples: Dimensional accuracy, surface finish, etc.). This reference part is designed to measure form, profile, orientation and location.

基准制件（reference part，artefact）指在待研究的增材制造设备（additive manufacturing machine）中打印的理想制件，用于检测熔融沉积成型(Fused Deposition Modelling)所生产制件的打印质量。该基准制件需通过其打印质量有待确认的该增材制造设备完成打印，随后采用合适的测量仪器对其开展检测以评定质量，例如尺寸精度、表面光洁度等。此基准制件的设计目的为检测制件的形状、轮廓、方位与位置精度。
