本研究通过下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing，NGS）从红芸豆（rajmah）的根际土壤样本中提取得到相关测序序列。该土壤样本包含经生物菌剂处理与未处理的两组样本，采集自杰奥利科特（Jeolikote），采集场景为开展生物菌剂对红芸豆生长、养分及产量影响的试验期间。
