Alcohol Dependency Sweave Documentation

This Sweave document is designed to outline the set-up and running of MARINa on the Alcohol Addiction dataset. The document is prepared as a Sweave document, and will run the analysis documented in the paper and output the full results. The attached zip-file contains the Sweave document, as well as the regulon and expression file.
