The diversity of viral community in wheat revealed by meta-transcriptomics

A comprehensive study of meta-transcriptome analysis was performed to investigate the RNA virome in wheat from three regions of Jeonnam (JN), Jeonbuk (JB), and Gyeongnam (GN) using next-generation sequencing (NGS).

本研究采用下一代测序（next-generation sequencing, NGS）技术，对取自全罗南道（Jeonnam, JN）、全罗北道（Jeonbuk, JB）及庆尚南道（Gyeongnam, GN）三个区域的小麦样本开展综合性宏转录组分析（meta-transcriptome analysis），以探究其中的RNA病毒组（RNA virome）。
