Evaluation of genomic breeding value and heritabilities for body conformation traits in Korean Holstein cattle

This study was aimed to predict the accuracy of GEBVs and heritabilities for the twenty five (25) body conformation traits in Korean Holstein dairy cattle using GBLUP method. For the analysis, phenotypic data of 25 linear body conformation traits were collected from 2206 no. of Korean Holstein population and all animals were genotyped using 54K Illumina bovine SNP chip.本研究旨在利用基因组最佳线性无偏预测（Genomic Best Linear Unbiased Prediction，GBLUP）方法，预测韩国荷斯坦奶牛25个体型性状的基因组估计育种值（Genomic Estimated Breeding Values，GEBVs）准确性及遗传力。本分析共收集了2206头韩国荷斯坦奶牛的25个线性体型性状表型数据，所有受试动物均采用54K Illumina牛单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）芯片完成基因分型。
