ESTEEM F09 - PVR- SAS in Effects of Surgical Treatment Enhanced with Exercise for Mixed Urinary Incontinence

Study Description
The overall objective of this study is to estimate the effect of combined midurethral sling (MUS) and peri-operative behavioral/pelvic floor therapy (BPTx) compared to MUS alone on successful treatment of Mixed Urinary Incontinence (MUI) symptoms. Adult and senior women with mixed urinary incontinence (MUI) who have elected to undergo surgical treatment for stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

本研究的总体目标为评估联合应用中段尿道悬吊术（midurethral sling, MUS）与围手术期行为干预/盆底肌治疗（peri-operative behavioral/pelvic floor therapy, BPTx），相较于单纯中段尿道悬吊术，对混合性尿失禁（Mixed Urinary Incontinence, MUI）症状的成功治疗效果。研究对象为患有混合性尿失禁（Mixed Urinary Incontinence, MUI），且已选择接受压力性尿失禁（stress urinary incontinence, SUI）手术治疗的成年及老年女性患者。
