Data for paper "Variations of lower-limb joint kinematics associated with the use of different ankle joint models"

This repository contains the data and models used to generate the results reported in the paper "Variations of lower-limb joint kinematics associated with the use of different ankle joint models".
Ethical approval for the studies was obtained from the local ethical committees.
The 'Dataset' folder contains 3 folders: 1DOFAnkle, 2DOFAnkle, 3DOFAnkle, each associated to one of the three ankle modelling approaches described in the paper. Fifteen subfolders contain input motion data, opensim models, and inverse kinematics settings for each of the participants of the study (S1, ..., S15).
A .doc file containing all the additional results mentioned in the paper is made available as well.

本仓库包含用于复现论文《不同踝关节模型应用相关的下肢关节运动学变异》（Variations of lower-limb joint kinematics associated with the use of different ankle joint models）所报告结果的数据与模型。
本研究已获得当地伦理委员会的伦理批准。
"Dataset"文件夹包含三个子文件夹：1DOFAnkle、2DOFAnkle、3DOFAnkle，分别对应论文中阐述的三种踝关节建模方法。其中15个子文件夹存储了本研究15名受试者（S1至S15）的输入运动数据、OpenSim模型与逆运动学设置。
本仓库同时提供了一个包含论文中所有补充结果的.doc文件。
