AGE-RELATED CHARACTERISTICS OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNICAL-TACTICAL SKILL FORMATION IN YOUNG BOXERS AGED 13–15
This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the age-related characteristics of the development of physical qualities and sensitive periods in young boxers aged 13–15. Based on Tables 1, 2, and 3, it was determined that at this age there are intensive growth rates of speed, speed-strength qualities, aerobic and anaerobic capacities, while flexibility, coordination abilities, and balance develop slowly. In addition, the formation of technical-tactical skills, basic technical elements (types of punches, defense, movement, “working on the move”), and the transformation of physical qualities into technique were studied. The research results show that through an individual approach and correctly selected training means, it is possible to develop physical capabilities to the maximum level. Rational use of sensitive periods significantly increases the preparedness and sports performance of young boxers.
