OR: odds ratio, CI: confidence interval.P value, OR, and 95%CI were calculated under the allele model.Association of IRF2 SNPs with clinical subsets of SLE (case-only analysis).本研究对携带与未携带各临床表型的系统性红斑狼疮（Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE）患者进行对照分析。其中OR为比值比（odds ratio），CI为置信区间（confidence interval）；研究在等位基因模型下计算了P值、比值比及95%置信区间。此外，本研究开展了干扰素调节因子2（Interferon Regulatory Factor 2, IRF2）单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）与系统性红斑狼疮临床亚型的关联分析（仅病例组分析）。
