Amplicon sequencing of meat microbial community from novel in vitro perfused meat model

The goal of this study is to grow the meat microbial community with opportunistic pathogen, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, to study the effects of antibiotics and reactive oxygen species on the polymicrobial community.
