Prevalence and geometric mean (GM) eggs per gram of stool (EPG), as determined from stool samples examined with duplicate Kato-Katz thick smears and the FLOTAC basic technique at baseline and follow-up from 66 school children not treated with anthelmintic drugs.本数据集针对66名未接受抗蠕虫药物（anthelmintic drugs）治疗的学龄儿童，基于其基线与随访阶段的粪便样本，采用重复加藤-Katz厚涂片法（duplicate Kato-Katz thick smears）与FLOTAC基础技术（FLOTAC basic technique）进行检测，最终统计得到感染率以及每克粪便虫卵数（eggs per gram of stool, EPG）的几何均数（geometric mean, GM）。
