Development and Characterization of Syngeneic Orthotopic Transplant Models of Obesity-Responsive Triple-Negative Breast Cancer in C57BL/6J Mice (in vivo)

To develop transplantable triple-negative breast cancer cell lines from spontaneous mammary tumors arising C3(1)/SV40 T-antigen (C3-TAg) transgenic C57BL6 mice. In vivo mammary tumor samples from 4 distinct cell lines were analyzed (n=4-8/cell line)本研究旨在从携带C3(1)/SV40 T抗原（C3-TAg）的转基因C57BL/6小鼠的自发性乳腺肿瘤中，构建可移植的三阴性乳腺癌（triple-negative breast cancer）细胞系。针对4种不同细胞系的体内乳腺肿瘤样本开展分析，每细胞系的样本量为4至8例。
