Replication Data for: Saccharomyces cerevisiae Supplementation in Canadian Finishing Feedlot Diets: Chapter 5

The objectives of this study were to examine the impacts of active live yeast (S. cerevisiae) supplementation on DMI, feed sorting, gut permeability, ruminal and fecal pH and VFA concentrations, and fecal starch in cattle fed a high-grain finishing diet subjected to a ruminal acidosis challenge.

本研究旨在探究饲喂高精肥育日粮并经瘤胃酸中毒攻毒处理的肉牛，补充活性活酵母（active live yeast，Saccharomyces cerevisiae，简称S. cerevisiae）对其干物质采食量（Dry Matter Intake，DMI）、饲料分选行为、肠道通透性、瘤胃与粪便pH值、挥发性脂肪酸（Volatile Fatty Acids，VFA）浓度及粪便淀粉含量的影响。
