The code and instructions for its execution can be found in Supplementary Material file Code.zip in the file “segmentation.ipynb”. “.ipynb” is an extension of jupyter notebook. Jupyter – is a python package, which is installed by default in Anaconda distribution https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/ . After installation it can be accessed from command line by typing: “jupyter notebook”.
