Metabarcoding of water samples in 3 stream in Korea: MiFish universal primer set

1.5L water samples were collected on March and August from 9 stations of the 3 streams in the Korean peninsula including Seom, Gilan, and Oshipcheon stream, representing 3 different biogeographical region. Amplicon libraries of partial 12S rRNA region were constructed using the MiFish universal primer set and sequenced by Miseq Illumina platform.

本研究于3月与8月，从朝鲜半岛3条分别代表不同生物地理区的溪流（涵盖西姆溪（Seom）、吉兰溪（Gilan）及乌食川溪（Oshipcheon stream））的9个站位采集1.5L水样。采用MiFish通用引物组构建12S核糖体RNA（12S rRNA）部分区域的扩增子文库，并通过Illumina MiSeq测序平台完成测序。
