We performed ancestral state reconstructions across the five orchid subfamilies to study the evolution of selected fruit traits and explored dehiscence zone developmental genes using RNA-seq and qPCR. This supplementary material contains of data set (tables) and figures of fruit development and heatmap results from transcriptome analysis.

我们针对5个兰科亚科开展了祖先状态重建（ancestral state reconstruction）分析，以探究选定果实性状的演化规律，并借助RNA-seq与qPCR技术对果实开裂区（dehiscence zone）发育基因展开了研究。本补充材料涵盖果实发育相关数据集（以表格形式呈现）、相关可视化图表，以及转录组分析得到的热图结果。
