Our goal is to evaluate the effect of feeding a postbiotic from S. Cerevisiae fermentation product (NTK; NutriTek, Diamond V, Cedar Rapids, IA), on ileal transcriptome in response to feed restriction (FR), an established model to reduce intestinal barrier function.
