Whole Genome Sequencing of CCS165 (Glutamicibacter arilaitensis)

CCS165 was isolated from the rind of a washed-rind cheese and subjected to Illumina and Nanopore sequencing for de novo genome assembly. It is part of an isolate collection encompassing CCS156, CCS158, CCS160, CCS164, CCS165, CCS166, CCS169, CCS174, CCS175, CCS176, CCS177, CCS178, CCS179, CCS180, CCS181, CCS182, CCS183, CCS184, CCS196.

菌株CCS165从水洗表面干酪（washed-rind cheese）的外皮中分离得到，并通过Illumina测序与Nanopore测序完成了从头基因组组装（de novo genome assembly）。该菌株属于包含CCS156、CCS158、CCS160、CCS164、CCS165、CCS166、CCS169、CCS174、CCS175、CCS176、CCS177、CCS178、CCS179、CCS180、CCS181、CCS182、CCS183、CCS184、CCS196在内的分离株集合。
