Mapping of transcription initiation in the chicken genome by RAMPAGE

One of the main objectives of the FAANG Consortium is to identify regulatory elements in the chicken genome. This BioProject contains RAMPAGE sequencing data to identify transcription start sites at high resolution. Samples correspond to several tissues from male and female F1 crosses of Line 6 and Line 7 from the Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory (ADOL)

FAANG联盟（FAANG Consortium）的主要目标之一，是鉴定鸡基因组中的调控元件。本生物项目包含用于高分辨率鉴定转录起始位点的RAMPAGE测序（RAMPAGE sequencing）数据。所用样本取自禽类疾病与肿瘤实验室（ADOL）的品系6与品系7的雌雄F1杂交后代的多种组织。
