临海市特色农产品“大石葡萄”为国家地理标志证明商标,为更好保证消费者的安全,我单位对其开展抽样检测。检测数据对比NY/T 761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》 第2部分方法二中标定的数据要求,可得出该样品是否合格。该项数据关乎消费者食品安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。1.算法规则:对抽检样品的各项数据按照如下公式进行计算:X=C×(V1×V3×1000)/(V2×m×1000),式中:X为试样中测试项目的含量,单位为mg/kg;V1为提取溶剂总体积,单位为mL;V2为吸取出用于检测的提取溶液的体积,单位为mL;V3为样品溶液定容体积,单位为mL;m为取样量,单位为g;1000为换算系数。可得检查项目的含量数据。 2.数据分析:将以上检测数据对比NY/T 761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》 第2部分方法二中标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
Linhai's characteristic agricultural product "Dashi Grape" holds the national geographical indication certification trademark. To better safeguard consumer safety, our institution conducted sampling tests on this product. By comparing the test data against the calibration data requirements specified in Method 2 of Part 2 of NY/T 761-2008 *Determination of Multiresidues of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits*, we can determine whether the sampled product is qualified. This data is closely tied to consumer food safety and holds significant, undeniable importance. 1. Algorithm Rules: Calculate the data of each test item for the sampled product using the following formula: X = C × (V1 × V3 × 1000) / (V2 × m × 1000) Where: X represents the content of the test item in the sample, with the unit of mg/kg; V1 is the total volume of the extraction solvent, unit: mL; V2 is the volume of the extracted solution withdrawn for detection, unit: mL; V3 is the final constant volume of the sample solution, unit: mL; m is the sampling mass, unit: g; 1000 is the unit conversion coefficient. The content data of the inspection items can be obtained through this calculation. 2. Data Analysis: Compare the aforementioned test data with the calibration data requirements stipulated in Method 2 of Part 2 of NY/T 761-2008 *Determination of Multiresidues of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits*. Samples with test results within the specified limit values are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit values are unqualified.
