We assess RNA expression in human primary hepatocytes in Liver-Chips on Day 3 and Day 5. The hepatocytes were co-cultured in Liver-Chip model with Kupffer cells, Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) and stellate cells . Overall design: Global RNA expression profiles of Liver-Chips Day3 (n=4); Global RNA expression profiles of Liver-Chips Day5 (n=4); Generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq.
