OCTOPUS Database v.2: The SahulArch TL collection (v.2)

Database of published thermoluminescence (TL) ages for archaeological records from Sahul. Sample locations were obfuscated within a radius of 25 km and spatial data includes sample locations as circular polygons. The data uses the WGS84/Pseudo-Mercator (EPSG: 3857) projected coordinate reference system. Sample metadata is comprehensive and includes bibliographic, contextual, and sample preparation and measurement related information.

本数据集为萨胡尔古陆（Sahul）区域考古遗存已发表热释光（thermoluminescence, TL）年代数据库。样本点位已在25公里半径范围内进行地理模糊化处理，空间数据以圆形多边形要素形式记录样本点位坐标。该数据集采用WGS84/伪墨卡托投影坐标系（EPSG: 3857）作为投影坐标参考系统。样本元数据内容全面，涵盖文献引证、考古背景信息以及样本制备与测量相关的各类信息。
