Establishment of a method to sequence 96 fosmid in a single sequencing run using Oxford Nanopore Technologies. The sample preparation involves fosmid amplification from Escherichia coli clones using phi29 polymerase and then direct nanopore sequencing using the Oxford Nanopore Technologies system.
