Beauveria Genome sequencing and assembly

Beauveria bassiana is a globally distributed, ecologically prominent insect pathogen. Because of its wide host range and ease of cultivation, it is among the most commercially important and widely applied mycoinsecticides. This project includes isolates of B. bassiana and related species as part of studies to infer the phylogeny of the B. bassiana species complex and a population genomic investigation of a B bassiana epizootic on coffee berry borer in Puerto Rico.球孢白僵菌（Beauveria bassiana）是一种全球分布、生态意义显著的昆虫病原真菌。因其寄主范围广泛且易于人工培养，它是目前商业应用最为广泛、经济价值最高的真菌杀虫剂之一。本项目收录了球孢白僵菌及其近缘物种的分离株，以此作为两项研究的实验材料：其一为解析球孢白僵菌物种复合群的系统发育关系，其二为针对波多黎各地区咖啡果小蠹种群上爆发的球孢白僵菌流行事件开展群体基因组学研究。
