危險海域劃設原則之研究

近年來，國人從事海域休閒遊憩活動日漸頻繁，然而海洋變化萬千，海域活動潛藏風險。我國政府持開放海洋的政策，但仍高度關注民眾從事海域遊憩活動可能遭受之危害，因此研擬本計畫進行危險海域研究，探討可能導致海域遊憩活動危害之因子，提出評估海域遊憩活動風險方法，研究成果可提供各海域遊憩主管機關未來從事海域活動管理之參考。

In recent years, residents of this country have increasingly participated in marine recreational activities. However, the ocean is highly dynamic, and marine activities carry inherent hidden risks. While the national government pursues an open ocean policy, it remains highly concerned about the potential hazards that the public may face when engaging in marine recreational activities. Accordingly, this research project was initiated to conduct studies on hazardous marine waters: exploring the factors that may cause hazards to marine recreational activities and proposing methods for assessing the risks of such activities. The research outcomes will serve as a credible reference for marine recreational regulatory authorities when formulating future management measures for marine activities.
