A file of amino acid FASTA sequences that passed BLAST cut-off values when BLASTed against the CARD database (McArthur et al. 2013). BLAST cut-off values were 40% identity, 50% alignment length of the query gene and a BLAST score of 60.
本数据集包含经BLAST比对CARD数据库（McArthur等人，2013）后符合截断阈值要求的氨基酸FASTA序列文件。本次BLAST比对所设定的截断阈值为：序列同一性不低于40%、比对长度不小于查询基因长度的50%、BLAST评分不低于60。
