R package for PanRTK mechanistic signaling model

Signaling pathway model comprised of ODEs describing receptor dimerization and activation of MAPK and PI3K pathways.Data for seven individual cell lines are linked therein.The code is written for the open-source R framework dMod (https://github.com/dkaschek/dMod).

本数据集包含由常微分方程（Ordinary Differential Equations, ODEs）构建的信号通路模型，用于描述受体二聚化以及丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase, MAPK）、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, PI3K）通路的激活过程。其中关联了7种独立细胞系的相关数据。本数据集的代码基于开源R语言框架dMod编写，代码仓库地址为https://github.com/dkaschek/dMod。
