Simulated datasets used to evaluate various tumor cell lineage tree inference methods in the manuscript titled "DICE: Fast and Accurate Distance-Based Reconstruction of Single-Cell Copy Number Phylogenies", by Weiner and Bansal. These datasets consist of simulated single-cell copy number profiles from tumors, simulated using three different simulators, and represent a wide range of experimental conditions including different scales, resolutions, evolutionary events, noise models, and error rates.
