Lipid biomarker concentrations of n-alkanes of sediment core HH14-897-GC-MF

n-alkanes concentrations were extracted and purified with wet chemical methods (details in publication) and quantified by an internal standard (squalene) using a GC-FID正构烷烃（n-alkanes）的浓度通过湿化学法（wet chemical methods）完成提取与纯化，具体实验细节见已发表文献；随后以角鲨烷（squalene）作为内标物，采用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器（GC-FID）进行定量分析。
