Analysis of NPC48 overexpressing in Arabidopsis roots

We analyze the effect of the overexpression of the lncRNA NPC48 on the transcriptome. Root apices were harvested and total RNA extracted for RNA sequencing. Overall design: RNA-seq experiments (polyA+ RNA) in triplicates for each condition WT and 35S:NPC48 lines.
