Jacobaea maritima, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Jacobaea maritima to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了为海滨千里光（Jacobaea maritima）生成的基因组数据与转录组数据，作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，以助力其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所产出的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树项目开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行共享。
