This project investigates the role of METTL5 in regulating m6A RNA modifications and mRNA expression in Arabidopsis thaliana. Direct RNA sequencing using Oxford Nanopore technology was performed on 7-day-old wild-type and mettl5-1 mutant seedlings. The dataset includes raw reads from three biological replicates for each genotype.
