重大職業災害，指下列職業災害之一：
1.工作場所發生職業安全衛生法第37條第2項第1款規定之職業災害。
2.勞動場所發生自營作業者死亡之職業災害。

A major occupational accident is defined as any of the following occupational accidents:
1. An occupational accident as stipulated in Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 2, Article 37 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act occurring in a workplace.
2. An occupational accident occurring in a labor workplace that results in the death of self-employed workers.
