National Crime Survey 2020

The National Crime Survey investigates fear of, and self-perceived exposure to crime in the Norwegian population. The topics in the survey are fear and crimes such as theft, violence, hate crime and sexual violence. The results from the National Crime Survey are important for policy development, research and general information to the public.

The project was carried out by NOVA OsloMet, ideas2evidence and the Frisch Center on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security.

68,000 people between 16 and 84 years, were invited to participate in the National Crime Survey. The respondent were drawn at random based on the National Population Register. The data collection period lastet from 27th of May 2021 to 10th of August 2021. 24,163 people responded to the survey, which gives a response rate of 35,5 percent.

全国犯罪调查（National Crime Survey）旨在调研挪威国民的犯罪恐惧心理与自我感知的犯罪接触状况。本次调查涵盖的主题包括犯罪恐惧，以及盗窃、暴力犯罪、仇恨犯罪（hate crime）和性暴力等各类犯罪相关议题。该调查的研究成果对于政策制定、学术研究以及面向公众的公共信息发布均具备重要价值。
本项目由奥斯陆大都会大学NOVA研究中心（NOVA OsloMet）、ideas2evidence及弗里希研究中心（Frisch Center）受挪威司法与公共安全部委托实施。
本次全国犯罪调查共邀请68000名年龄介于16至84岁的民众参与，受访者均通过挪威全国人口登记系统随机抽取。数据采集周期为2021年5月27日至2021年8月10日，最终共有24163人完成问卷调研，应答率为35.5%。
