Millitome for UPenn Ovary, Female, Left, v1.0

This millitome was designed in collaboration with University of Pennsylvania for the Ovary, Female, Left. It defines a protocol for partitioning a human kidney organ into tissue blocks and associating those tissue blocks with a unique extraction site that is located in the HRA CCF. 本切割图谱（millitome）由宾夕法尼亚大学（University of Pennsylvania）合作开发，专为左侧女性卵巢（Ovary, Female, Left）设计。其定义了一套将人体肾脏器官分割为组织块，并为各组织块匹配人类参考解剖图谱公共坐标框架（Human Reference Atlas Common Coordinate Framework，简称HRA CCF）内唯一提取位点的标准化实验流程。

本研究采用[HRA AMAP流程](https://github.com/cns-iu/hra-amap)生成附带的组织块提取位点，该流程依据本切割图谱的规范，对[左侧女性卵巢（Ovary, Female, Left）](https://purl.humanatlas.io/ref-organ/ovary-female-left)参考器官进行近似分割。
