Colonic mucosal-luminal interface microbiome in Crohns disease

Lavage sampling of the cecum and sigmoid colon was performed to characterize the mucosal-luminal interface (MLI) microbiome of CD patients in endoscopic remission relative to unaffected controls and its relationship to disease traits, obesity, and genetic risk.本研究对盲肠与乙状结肠实施灌洗采样，旨在表征内镜缓解期克罗恩病（Crohn's Disease, CD）患者相较于健康对照的黏膜-管腔界面（mucosal-luminal interface, MLI）微生物组特征，并分析该微生物组与疾病特征、肥胖及遗传风险之间的关联。
